In the toys and TV show, Zartan has facial tattoos. In the movie G.I. Joe: Retaliation (2013) Zartan (Arnold Vosloo) is rarely seen, but could have had some pretty gnarly tattoos.
Anthony Francisco, along with other concept artists, worked on the film and showcased some deigns on the blog Ubermonsters. Anthony is a Concept Artist/Art Director who has worked on many projects for both the film and electronic gaming industry
