Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) storyboards by Richard Bennett
Check out Captain America: The Winter Soldier storyboards by Richard Bennett, Philip Keller and Alex Hillkurtz!

There are some amazing scenes in the movie Captain America: The Winter Soldierand an army of artists helped bring it to life. One way to help a diector visualize a scene is by using animated storyboards called "animatics". James Rothwell helped make those and recently shared some amazing ones on his blog. A few interesting changes are an alternate WWII opening with the Howling Commandos and Steve doesn't give a warning for the elevator fght. Plus, there's an appearance by Clay Quartermain who is featured prominently in the comics, but hasn't made a movie appearance.

James Rothwell
has made animatics for films like Iron Man (2008), Thor (2011) and Spider-Man 2(2004). Richard Bennett, Philip Keller and Alex Hillkurtz are professional concept and storyboard artists who've worked on major Hollywood movies like Star Trek (2009), Iron Man (2008) and Wing Commander (1999).
